I like a lot of music. Too much, in fact, to maintain a comprehensive list. Including but not limited to indie rock, metal, hardcore, post rock, hip hop, and things like that. Just give a listen to the things in my little player over there...
Movies
Theres like a million great movies, so instead of trying to make a list, I'll just say this: Lets imagine that someone delivered to me The Five Point Palm Exploding Heart Technique only instead of having 5 steps before my heart burst in my chest, I could watch 5 movies. These would probably be the movies:
Oldboy, The Boondock Saints, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, and Monty Python & The Holy Grail.
Television
I watch too much tv. It makes me fatter and lazier and less gooder at making thinking. That said, some good shows would be House, Nip/Tuck, The Daily Show, and a bunch more that take up too much of my time.
Books
Last 5 I've read:
Survivor - Chuck Palahniuk
Thinner - Richard Bachman
American Gods - Neil Gaiman
Tommyknockers - Stephen King
Generation Kill - Evan Wright
Heroes
Mike Patton (not just because of the wild fanboy cult-of-personality thing. He is involved in more projects than I care to count. Most of them are great and the rest are at least interesting. His drive to create music is inspiring.), Trent Reznor (OK, I know he kinda sucks nowadays, but he made some of the most consistently affecting music I've ever heard. Songs like "Something I Can Never Have" rip my heart out the 1000th time just like they did the first time.), Doug TenNapel (This guy was the creative force behind two of the greatest video games of all time "Earthworm Jim" and "The Neverhood". But that's only part of the reason I have him here. He now does a cartoon for Nick called Catscratch and he maintains a website where he talks mostly about politics and religion. He's a fierce Republican and a Christian. 90% of the time I couldn't agree with him less. But his commitment to his beliefs and ideals is unwavering. He gets mad and puts up a damn good fight. www.tennapel.com), Bill Hicks (This guy is one of the greatest stand up comics to ever stand up. Listen to any of his cds and you'll hear his undeniable passion and intelligence.) , Ron Jeremy (For a fat ugly dude, he gets a lot of primo tail.)
About me: I've fallen three miles now... and I still can't shake this dragon,
But the end is coming like a flood.
It is going to be a year for growing and the greatest amount of forgetting.
My sea is dying, but death is a doorway.
And at the very root of me I know this.
It's the greatest reminder.
What a broad world to roam in, what a sea to swim in,
so I begin with the end in mind.
...
I need you to be the strength of widows and sole survivors
I need you to be as fearless as new mothers and new fathers
I need you to be the hope of hearts who lost true love
I need you to be the might of their first kiss
I need a purpose and I need a reason
I need to know that there is trophy and meaning
To all that we lose and all we fight for
To all our loves and our wars
Keep breathing
Keep living
Keep searching
Keep pushing on
Keep bleeding
Keep healing
Keep fading
Keep shining on
This is for the hearts still beating

I love the new bacon explosion pics! reminds me of when we wrapped a meat loaf in like an inch of bacon strips... it was epic. ...buildings and tears fell. god was pleased.
Yeah, believe me I know about the Kremlin. LOL. A bit too wacky for me personally. The hard part is finding people to play instruments around here. If you have any ideas let me know. I'm down for just about anything.
You looking to do any music? I have some free time and would like to work on something. I can play bass, or guitar and help do vocals. Not sure if you are working on anything right now, but figured I'd ask. Send me a message or something.
