Don't over work your muscles in between practice too much but, defiantly have a good cardiovascular workout 5-6 day's at least to help you in derby endurance.-And we are making Thurs. a weekly thing I think for those who can make it (it's not considered practice) It's just another way of me trying to help bond the team and, get everyone's endurance up.*Can't wait to see you Wed. though- remember dues and gear! and, a water bottle if you have one! ( I mean we did have a nice fountain so up to you.

It's cool-just bring what you have Wed! and the same great positive attitude you brought with you last time :) I really thought you had spirit and you should totally stick with it!-What days are you free during the week- so we might meet for an extra practice?(only if you want) and, will you be able to go to see the game with us on Sunday it starts at 7:30 and it is in Austin-(car poolers are meeting at my place at 5pm)$12 early tickets $15 at the door? Forgot your working hours-it's not mandatory we're just seeing other experienced teams in action so we further understand our goal more.

On Sunday-I mentioned me and Twila(Dego Boom) went hiking las Thurs. for an hr. and half! So we encouraged the other girls to join on Thursdays if they were free so now (me,Twila,naomi,denise,nicole,and Jenn are going on Thurs-meeting at my apt. at 2pm!)I also encourage you to join us if you are free at this time-2pm-4 on Thursday (meeting at my apt. at 2pm to leave) *hope-ing it dosen't rain this thurs! ALSO-Practice Wed. indoors like last time-I'd prefer if you could meet me at my apt at 5:20pm-bring your mouth gaurd & all the gear you have thus far and wear good sneakers& $10!-Sunday check the blog lol forgot what time I think it's 5pm we're meeting early not leaving til 5:30 to go on a feild trip to see Texecutioners VS.
