My name is Alyssa Giannini (pronounciation key: Uh-Liss-Uh G-Uh-Knee-Knee). I never got one detention in high school, and I opted out of art school before I even started. Since deciding not to sell my soul to the advertising industry to pursue my only viable skill set (graphic design), I'm working at Goodwill, saving to move out, and working on being a happy person as opposed to a major or career.
I love folk punk and everything that it's about. DIY, anti-consumer culture, peace and real anarchy (not Hot Topic beanie anarchy). I'm kind of a dirty hippie at heart. I really dislike big concerts, but I love basement shows. The people are nicer and more genuine.
When I listen to music, I really listen. If you do it too, this will make sense. If not, I probably sound like a crazy person. Speaking of music, I love sing alongs. We should have one.

I'm a graphic artist of sorts. I'm well versed in photoshop though I rarely put my talents to use anymore, and I hate designing for clients. Every now and then I'll make something cool.

I have "crippling social anxiety that ruins my life all the time," in the words of Pat The Bunny. But seriously though, it's a pain in the ass and it affects me in a lot of situations. I also have pretty much no sense of direction. Smells like a sitcom.

Oh those accident photos are so sad. God I remember the eerie feeling after I was recovering from my accident. It's just like a ringing silence in your ear, realizing you're alive and how different everything seems.
