Bulletsize is a metalband that crawled up from the pitchblack soil in 2004
Bulletsize self titled CD offers the best of thrash and dark metal in this debut offering from this Swedish band. While it would be easy to say they are just another metal band upon listening to the CD you can no longer make that broad statement. They do include amazing machine gun drumming and great shredding guitars with a heavy bass line. What sets this CD apart is the expressive and well thought out lyrics and mix of vocals to communicate these lyrics in a unique approach. The production and song structure of all the songs also highlight this uniqueness. “Feed My Hate” stands out as one of the tracks that truly exhibits the versatility of this band and what each band member brings to the amazing metal sounds. “Among the Living” and “Annihilation” are other tracks that highlight the full on scream and anger of the dark metal with great thrash while still retaining a melodic quality within. These songs and the others found on the CD are a further tribute to the versatility and creativeness of Bulletsize.
All ten tracks take you through the darkest anger of metal with awesome musicality and lyrics and even include a ballad to end the experience of listening to them. The music leaves you wanting to see them live to experience the head banging that would inevitably come with the amazing guitars and drums displayed throughout the CD after listening to it many times over. Bulletsize has given us a CD that you will want to listen to often for a unique and fresh fix of full on metal.

Bulletsize bjöd bland annat på ösiga, klassiska dödsriff.
Det sägs att det finns en tid och en plats för allt, något som i kväll inte alls känns vidare synonymt med riviga thrashmetalbandet Bulletsize.
Den avlägsna G.A.F.F.A.-scenen, en bra stund innan mörkrets intåg, känns helt enkelt inte rätt. Bulletsize tycks visserligen inte bry sig nämnvärt, då de direkt från starten bjuder in den glesa publiken på sju personer och uppmanar alla att skrika.
Ösiga, klassiska dödsriff och ett något obalanserat ljud från de piskande trummorna startar showen, något som med tiden lockar fram förstärkning i publiken från de lite tidigare Yranbesökarna.
Stundtals imponerar Bulletsize genom att mixa runt klassiska thrashriff med lite argare dödsmetall. Tänk gamla In Flames möter Slayer.
Nöjet blir visserligen alldeles för kort då scenen står tom redan efter 20 minuter.
Det är dock 20 hyfsat varierade och välljudande minuter, där konsertens egentliga minus är bristen på headbangande ynglingar och den tråkiga placeringen.
Kvaliteten höjs avsevärt när Bulletsize kontrasterar med en brutal och övertygande furiös thrash och själv uppskattar jag en teknisk hantering av instrumenten som man inte blir bortskämd med under kvällen
