We have been serving the college students of Tallahassee, for over 30 years; in return they have voted us Best Bar 19 years running. Bullwinkles is as much a part of the college life in Tallahassee as ditching class and going to FSU football games. A must do for any 21st birthday party, bachelor or bachelorette party, unwinding from finals, or just a good place to cut loose and let your hair down.
