Bumpy Pitch began out of necessity. A crew of lifelong soccer players and friends became increasingly frustrated with the lack of hip, soccer inspired clothing that was available. Everywhere they looked they saw brands that represented other lifestyles, but nothing that represented who they were or how they lived. As their frustration mounted, they decided to stop complaining and create their own clothes. If no other company was going to design clothes that represented the lifestyle of soccer players and fans, then they would. At this point, they decided on the name Bumpy Pitch, and a company was born.
Initially, Bumpy Pitch was created so that the founders could represent their own style and wear clothes that reflected who they were. However, in a short period of time, they were getting requests from not only friends, but also from professional soccer players around the world. The word was getting out, and Bumpy Pitch was building a fan base that spanned the world.
As the company continues to grow, the founders are staying true to themselves, and true to the reasons they created Bumpy Pitch in the first place. Bumpy Pitch will always be a company for those that love soccer and want to be able to represent their sport. For all the people who have yet to become fans of the beautiful game, we hope that through fashion, we can turn some people into new fans.
