my bum with a dog story takes place in a starbucks parking lot. I see a dog standing behind a car that's about to back out. so I run over and move the dog out of the way. all of a sudden I'm getting yelled at by its owner, a bum. he gets up in my face and points his finger and keeps repeating that it's HIS dog, got it? I'm like, fine. later that day I drive by the starbucks and the bum is getting arrested. no sign of the dog....
