Look out your window, what might you see? Beautiful grass, trees, leaves. Then if you start watching closer you can also see a mom helping her son/daughter learn how to ride a bike. You might see an old man coming to see his kids and grandchildren after a 3 hour drive from out of state. This is why I do what I do. All of this; Love, Nature, and Joy... in this day and age it is a miracle to see any three of those words acted out. I do this so you might see the purpose for your life on earth. And realise that you don't have to live then die because of Jesus Christ. This is not about my records and Cd Sales this is about showing you just who Jesus Christ and The God who put that grandfather and those leaves where they are is. It's about showing you that God cares about the hurt you've went through, and understands every problem. That is what this ministry is about.
About 4 years ago, Bunkee was sitting in an Oasisyouth Service when all the sudden a guy named Todd Banks went up to do a "special song." Bunkee didn't think todd looked like the "Praise and Worship" type. He was right in some respects. Todd Banks rapper the song "Elemental" and Bunkee immedeately was inspired. He began talking to Todd about making a cut, when the lyrics were wrote out and the beat was discovered The 12 year old Bunkee made his first song "Give God Praise." He relized that he had something big in store at this point.
When he turned 13 Bunkee met a guy named Chris Bergman, a pro skater that had recently been attending Oasis Youth Services, and at the time was managing "Skate Fest". As time went on Bunkee realized that Chris and Todd were starting a group (Known best as "The Affiliate.") Prior to learning about the new group. Kaleb wanted to make a compilation of Middletown rappers called "Master's Touch." He brought the Idea before The Affiliate, and they agreed. Miss K and CrossWord were close friends of Bunkee and BFK was a youth leader for Oasis. Together they made the compilation "Our Message" under the name "Masters Touch." Bunkee's dream was finaly a reality when the album released in 2004! After that Bunkee did some shows with the affiliate and even got to participate in the "Grass Roots" arts festival with names like Dirt, Fiti Futuristic, Mars Ill, and The Listener.
Through this whole time Bunkee had been doing very poorly achedemiclly. He knew that if he were to ever be able to get an album back together. His parents were going to have to see a change in grades first. Through this he began playin basketball for monroe's B-Team when he was 15 and by then he was he figured he was done with Rap, at least as a ministry. By the end of it all, he even let his faith slip as he began a series of bad choices. Through bad relationships and a hardened heart Bunkee completely forgot about God as a whole. Which means his rap was...malignant (for lack of better words).
Then in the middle of the year he did a show for a church of god Festival and asked The Affilate to tag along. He did his old songs with Miss K. Then, let the affiliate perform. Finally a few weeks after that Bunkee, the mis-led 15 year old kid was broken through a series of events and through an "awakening" by his parents. He looked again to his faith in hopes that God would forgive him for his bitterness, racial remarks, profanity, and impurity. He re-dedicated his life to christ in Spring of 06'. By this time the child prodigy spencer harmon was starting to perfrom around the summer of 06'. Bunkee Full of fire had completely left behind any thoughts of ever Rapping again. That summer something happened that struck a chord in him again. Spencer was doing a rap, this reminded Bunkee how he loved the music and creativity. He got back with Todd Banks, made a plan and for the last 3 months He's been working on a new project with Imago Dei, Spencer Harmon and Everyone from left table. He also raised his grades up to an all time high and, his relationship with The Lord is renewed, and better than ever. He's Back, and this time, he's not going anywhere.
"It's being exported from this country. Sellin' a bill of goods to the poorest of poor. Believe this message...your pigs won't die...your wife won't have miscarriages. THAT'S COMING OUT OF AMERICA!
