About BUNTY

BUNTY is me - a girl/woman/musician/artist/carnival midget. Mee Moo (which is the collection of music that these tunes are from) was recorded in my bedroom at 12 Brewer st. in Brighton. A place where my room almost took over me with all the shit spilling off the walls. Jim once said that 'did I need all that stuff to show who I am?' and that 'he'd stopped doing that as a teenager' I think however that I am destined to collect plastic crap til my death and if I moved to a dessert island I would probably collect little stones or alien shaped sticks. None of these tunes have ever been played live and are more considered by me to be my 'Computer Music' Alot of the lyrics on the cd were improvised or written at speed and the words gain meaning to me. I perform solo improvised vocal looping sets regularly and also perform with local experimental samba outfit 'Carnival Collective' (who dont play any samba at all). With acoustic folk roots swing ska delights, local ales and refreshments, all housed within the spectacular full circle geodome, so it'll be dry come rain or shine. It's only £5 for a truely magical day with a wicked line up in a very special space. It's a totally one off warm up for the Full Circle Stage and Cafe's summer festival season. There's going to be a deliciously wholesome cooked dinner as well as cakes and other refreshments on offer. Kids are very welcome, under 14s get in free. We really hope to see you there!
