Burgess Norrgard is simply a small town fellow, singing about the big world. His humbled musical path began on unnamed pavement and boardwalks as a street musician. And to this day, that where anyone would likely find him. Hailing from the Northern, Minnesota, Norrgard expresses a simplistic acoustic style that features the shamelessly sincerity of his soulful vocals.
Burgess has never laid claim to fame, as he is not a traveled musician nor one to be found critically acclaimed. He has no lofty hopes and dreams of stardom. And yet, he is content to write, perform, and enjoy music as expression of his own endeavors as a student of life. The sound and the song are herein his emotive expression for all to find a personal identification with.
