About Burning City

Burning City was formed by three musicians from the Toronto and Mississauga areas in Ontario Canada. Brothers Eric MacDonald (bass) and Andrew The Sourge MacDonald (MC) linked up with guitar Wizard Dennis Borges with the intent to bring a fury of bouncing, raging hip-hop rock and roll. With the aid of Drummer Shane Godwin, they bring an new take on the hip-hop rock genera.

I've been working on "Can't Let Go" for a long time and it's gonna be in stores in Canada on June the 5th so check it out! The single "11:30" was sent to radio last week so keep an ear out and request it. Hear it and a few other new tracks on my profile... "Can't Let Go" is available NOW on CD Baby.com and through iTunes soon. I'll be having a CD release party on the 16th of June at the El Mocambo in Toronto. Julie	Dec 1 2006 6:12 PM So i'm working on a new rhyme and i'm in need of some inspiration. I can usually spit fire at the drop of a beat but i've got nothing but snowflakes and popsicles projecting from my face. What's a girl to do? What rhymes with NO PANTS? or ESC? or SickKids Foundation?....uh...was that a plug for the show at ESC on Sunday featuring performances by Outer Ashes, Mike Celia, Fourlines and Sarah Shafey??? I guess so, unless you were already planning on coming out -then it's just us agreeing that it will be one of the greatest shows ever. Seriously though, i need some dirty poetry for Sunday.
