"People won't remember what you say or do, but they do remember how you make them feel.” This is a quote that lives in the minds and hearts of the band. Burnin Phoenix is stand-alone three-piece band from Phoenix, Arizona. The band, in it’s self, spent many years of their lives perfecting their sound, a sound that’s full, creative and explosive. The band was given birth in 2001 by the lead singer/guitar player, Brad Reese, who soon after added Lawrence McClure to the mix as the band’s bass player. They both had the dream of creating music that not only would draw the body to move, but that would also capture the heart of it’s listeners.
Inspired by the rawness of Pearl Jam and the creativeness of Dave Matthews Band. The attraction of Incubus, and the talent Lenny Kravitz, Burnin Phoenix dug deep into their musical souls and began to write and perform in the US and the UK. “The music tells a story. There’s nothing to hide,” states Brad. “When you hear the music, you can’t help but feel and be drawn in to the passion,” added Lawrence.
Burnin Phoenix is a band that leaves it all on the stage and is set to make it’s mark on the music scene of today.
