| About Burt Faulkner |
Burt Faulkner is a professional bassist, guitarist and performing songriter who has performed in the New England music industry for the past 35 years at venues such as Nightstage, Johnny D's, The Meadowbrook Center For The Arts (in NH), Great Woods (in Mansfield, MA), Harmony Hall (in Maine), Tequila's and more.
Some of his more popular bands in Boston were Sure Beats Workin', Bella Donna, Nova, The Hailstones, and Between Barroom Visits. The bands regularly opened for performers such as Charlie Farren and Farrenheit.
Burt has recently re-joined DIGGER DAWG, a regional New England country music band that recently opened for Leann Rimes and soon for Travis Tritt. Other openers have included performers such as Alan Jackson, Julie Roberts, Gretchen Wilson, Josh Turner, Tracy Byrd, Jo Dee Messina, Montgomery Gentry, and Jamie O'Neal.
Two new alt-country bands that Burt is also currently performing with are TRES LOBOS, with Mike Hohmann and Ed Scheer, as well as THE HOMEBODIES with Beth McCabe.
Burt's a rocker at heart but plays all types of music. He's got a couple of new projects going on, and is always looking for new musical gigs.
