About me: We're a select crew of girls from shredshops across North America who live and breath snowboarding, whether it's on the mountain making sick pow slashes, or in our shops hooking you up with the freshest gear...we're committed. Basically, Shopgirls are some of the raddest chics around.

Who I'd like to meet: any one who loves to shred as much as we do
As many of you know by now, in 2009 (and hopefully for many more years to come) we will be providing action sports content for Fox Sports en Espanol magazine. This relationship will provide us the ability to distribute our content in over 1 million print magazines every month (in the US; Mexico; and Latin America), and it will also provide us the ability to distribute our video content through our exclusive relationship with MSN as well.
We hope that we will still be able to count on all of our friends, as well as industry contacts, to make this a successful year for everyone in the industry!
Our first release will be the March issue, and it will include various event coverage which also includes the upcoming Red Bull Snowscrapers event in NYC.
Start your season off right and join the ladies of shreddingbetty for a day of discounted lift tickets, lessons, equipment demos and giveaways at the 2nd Annual Betties Get On Board at Windham Mountain.
Ride ‘til you drop, then kick it in the lodge with all the ladies. Come with a few friends…leave with many!
Find the perfect new snowboard or bindings with female-specific equipment demos by Burton Snowboards, Palmer Snowboards, Capita Snowboards and Union Binding Company.
Goodie bags from sponsors, including Drop, Eesa Lux Layering, Elm Company, Lunabar Nikita, Pom Pom Board Bom, SoBe and Skullcandy.
shreddingbetty will be conducting a coat drive at the event to benefit the non-profit organization, One Warm Coat. Bring your gently-used snowboard and winter coats for collection.
Round trip bus transportation from NYC available
(* husbands, boyfriends, male friends and skiers are also welcome)
