Business 3.0 profiles allow b2b messaging and connections, as well as employee and customer connections (though businesses are not allowed to directly message customers due to spam.)

B3.0 also allows businesses to edit their profile from one central site and simultaneously change their profile on every social network. And soon, Business 3.0 will have a payment solution fully integrated so users never leave their network to purchase products.

Besides business profiles, B3.0 hosts the first ever virtual exhibit hall for businesses. The B3.0 Exhibit Hall has everything from video to surveys to live chat. Any business can now create a virtual exhibit to promote new products or keep consumers updated on the latest business news.
