I am a misfit. I am a recovering artist, a reformed cynic, a former poet, a retired philosopher.
I'm on a spiritual quest whose dimensions, purpose and destination are unknowable to me. I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up, but that doesn't bother me at all. I am an optimist about the right things (I think). I believe that people are basically good, but that we've all started out with bad directions.
In my pockets you will find: keys, a ball-point pen, change, a zippo, a pack of cigarettes, a small spiral notepad, a swiss army knife, a micro-leatherman, two equal halves of a broken hematite ring, a magic wishing rock, a letter from a bank and a pocket edition of the Tao Teh Ching.
I've owned my own business since 1994, been married for about the same and I have a daughter who is cooler than you. Really.
