Butter is a 4 piece high-energy rock band that people love to dance to. Based out of Virginia Beach, the name Butter has become synonymous with music at the beach over the past seven years. Butter also travels quite a bit, playing from Killington, VT to Key West, FL, to Dallas, Texas. The band has played numerous high profile shows, including two Presidential Inaugural Balls and has shared the stage with national acts too numerous to mention. Butter was named Hampton Roads Best Local band in 2008 by readers choice in Hampton Roads Magazine. 2008 also marked the release of Butter's debut full length cd "Dv8" which Alfredo Torres of 100.5 MAX FM calls "a smokin' hot kick in the pants from the area's best cover band.....now in contention for best original band to boot!". The main thing that sets Butter apart is their genuine love of the music and the people they play it for. Butter always strives to innovate and please their following....the crowd dancing in front of them!!!! Hiya! The more I watch your new Dv8 video, the more & more I like it. I see lots of new details that I missed at the release. The camera got some Great shots of you guys! Only one problem i noticed...when the video is over, i catch my self singin "gimme gimme more gimme more..." ;)
