    Bright Yellow Beetle Records (BYBR) was launched in Auckland, New Zealand in 2009.

    In 2011 , after running several events all over Auckland, BYBR made it's first official signing with Auckland based Beat Speak Act, Freaky Meat.

    Leading the way in a new approach to operating as a record label, BYBR aims to make the title of 'professional musician' a viable form of employment in New Zealand.

    Our focus is to support our artists in every way we can, as well as assisting with funding their projects through alternative means such as fundraising gigs, sponsorship etc so that they can focus on what they do best - creating amazing music.

    BYBR works on a project by project basis, building a relationship with each artist to collectively achieve their artistic goals. All projects are negotiable; we believe all artists are individuals and approach every project with a blank slate.

    Bright Yellow Beetle Records provides the following services to New Zealand artists:
    Artist Management
    Event Management
    Tour Management
    Artist Releases
    Promotional Services
    and anything else you can talk us into!
