WHAT WE HAVE AVAILABLE SO FAR:
-Sniffing Drainpipes #1.....$2
20+ pages of fun! This issue contains fannypacks, toilets, fat men, stuffed aminals, AND MORE. Assorted silliness by our very own Rachel S.

-Sniffing Drainpipes #2.....$2
Another installment in the Sniffing Drainpipes saga of weirdness. This issue contains an incomplete Evanston street people report, How To Rip Off Cupcake Cult (Instead of the Other Way Around), Screenprinting for the Cheap, silly photos, ramblings, all the usual crapola. 24 pages. By our very own Rachel S.

-Sniffing Drainpipes #3.....$2
The third installment in Sniffing Drainpipes silliness. Includes many informative (ish) articles on cottage cheese, DIY ear piercing, and yellow bike programs. There's also an Evanston Critical Mass ride report, a zucchini bread recipe, and some fairly hilarious contributions from a pal of mine.

-Sniffing Drainpipes #4.....$1
Enjoy the price decrease. I think it's gonna stay this way too. This issue has a lot of personal writing and other very good stuff like artwork, an unexpected zine revue, and various ways to get free stickers. Speaking of that, each issue comes with a free daisy sticker that you can stick up on a light pole somewhere and send us a photo of. By Rachel S.

-Dreamt This Was a Castle #1.....$2
A zine of really really strange really really cool dreams from gorgeous people and weirdos from all over. The cover is pretty. By our very own Molly Berkson.

-Commie Dog #2.....80 cents
A comic by Sue Cargill. It's subtitled "How He Infiltrates Your Home." Get introduced to Commie Dog and his comrades Commie Rat and Commie Teddy Bear and follow them through their adventures and the struggle between communism and religion. Nevertheless, it's written in a lighthearted way and in a comic format. Plus the jokes are, you know, hilarious. **If you wouldn't mind rounding up and sending us a buck for this zine (to avoid mailing coins), we'll send you an extra special surprise to make it worth yer while.

-Commie Dog #3.....$1.50
Another very promising Sue Cargill comic. It's subtitled "Some Problems and Concerns." This issue is an account of life as a communist in today's world. We also get to meet Jim, Democratic Dodo, and Fat Cat. This issue definitely meets standards of hilariosity. **If you wouldn't mind rounding up and sending us 2 bucks for this zine (to avoid mailing coins), we'll send you an extra special surprise to make it worth yer while.

Back From Booze Hell #5.....$2
Mitch Carter's bodacious zine full of bizarre stories (the best kind) about a lot of stuff including drugs and dead wrestlers. There's also artwork and a comic about everyone's favorite fast food mascot, Ronald McStalin. And did I mention that there's a pretty indigo cover? INDIGO, PEOPLE. Read it.

Dorothea #1.....$1.50
Mike Baker's really excellent collection of stories, all written after the death of his mother. Not all of them are in first person. Some are short stories that follow various members of Mike's cast of characters. They range from surreal to very matter-of-fact, but each story is profound in the best way possible. According to ZineWiki, "The stories are group conceptually by the time they were written or more personally by a less obvious element, but never by theme." It may not be a humor zine, but it's a fucking incredible read. **Again...if you wouldn't mind sending us 2 bucks as not to deal with coins in the mail, we will send a little something cool and possibly fuzzy your way. That's a guarantee.

Brainscan #21.....$1.80
"What if your private life in your relationship is vastly different than what other people see? When do you know you are in an emotionally abusive relationship? How to you gain the strength to get out of it? What do you do when you know you can't handle the burden alone? What do you do when you feel so alone and terrified of the consequences of leaving, when if it means losing friends, a home, a job and a way life that you love? These are just some of the ideas explored in this zine through a three year personal narrative that also challenges you to examine your relationships with power, to identify how you express the power you have, and also how you relate to the power that of others possess. But most of all this, zine is about revelation, rebirth, and growth." By Alex Wrekk. **(another if-you-don't-mind-roudning-up-and-sending-2-bucks-we'll-mail-you-something-extra notice)

Brainscan #22.....$1.20
"In typical Brainscan zine fashion, I’m writing about what’s going on in my life. This zine just happens to an informative look at the history and procedure [of intrauterine devices] in a clinical sense, as well as a person account from exploration to procedure to afterwards… and I’m very happy with my decision!" -Alex Wrekk **Round up to 2 bucks to avoid mailing coins, we'll mail you something extra speshul, blah blah blah kthx, etc.)

Pulse #5.....$2
Yay! It's a femzine! It's got everything you need: interesting personal accounts, original artwork, interviews, an advice column, thought-provoking facts, and a bunch more. By Kelly Rose.

-Hobson's Choice #1.....$1.50
It's Hobson's Choice! Get your literary mag fix without all the pretentiousness of silly glossy publications. By Daniel Dominowski.

-Hobson's Choice #2.....$1.50
Derr, guys. It's another installment of short stories. Some are weird, some are realistic, some are poetic. They're all great though. By Daniel Dominowski.

Hobson's Choice #3.....$1.50
Another bunch of excellent stories for the boy or girl seeking literary satisfaction. Yes siree. It's subtitled "Cheeky Observations of Degenerate Life" and is pretty damn great. By Daniel Dominowski.
(Photo coming soon, scanner busted)
Hobson's Choice #4.....$2

The next installment of everyone's favorite litzine. "With post-nihilistic tendencies and a bit of schizophrenia, it's a blend of Burroughsesque fiction, dreamy cut-scenes of surreal modernism and punch-drunk literary devices." By Daniel Dominowski.
-Kultur Kampf #2.....$1
Be prepared for a zine that makes you think about stuff. It's got an interview, poems, artwork, music reviews, a story in script form, an essay about punk, book reviews, show reviews, and more music reviews (in that order!). But it's interesting, not ranty. Written by a very special Joe Figliulo.

Asa Nisi Masa #3.....$1
BFFF's token perzine, written by the rather awesome David Hale. It's got letters, stories, lyrics, and photos about a guy leaving his hometown, with mixed feelings of course. I recommend this one, kiddies.
