So we dragged Britt out of the comfort of Emo's greenroom (cause it was just way to loud to do an interview), and we managed to get him to follow us up some stairs above Emo's Lounge overlooking downtown Austin (ummm, okay, make that overlooking the Frost Bank). Here's the interview...

Too tired right now to give the full low down on this one. SOMEONE GOT ME SICK!!!!! BOOOOOOO! BASTARDS!!!! I've been so careful for weeks! Anyhow, here's the shortened version...the guys were super cool and witty as all hell. Emo's might not be the greatest place to film a band with more than two, those damn beams seam to move in the way of everyone on the ends! The lighting was a bit low from a videographers standpoint, oh, and whoever kept poking me in the ribs through the cracks of the boards...creepy! very very creepy! And please tell me that was your finger! Yowzah! Okay, gonna down something to make the pain go away....

Toby sits down with Claudio Sanchez in Austin, Texas and talks about the birth of Coheed and Cambria, with performance clips mixed in.
Sooooo by the way, this was the show that the audio board blew up and shut the place down during Clutch's set, meanwhile, I had a lot of eyes on me as though I had done the damage just because I was standing next to the audio board. I SWEAR I DID NOTHING JOHN! Thanks for the "just in case" getaway plan, Tobs. Anyhow, we unfortunately weren't able to plug into the board which means no bad ass three song set to share with fans, but we were able to grab a few snippets of what came out to be one of my new favorite songs. Check it out.
