About Me:
I feel it’s my role as an artist to continually redefine myself, and in doing so question my reality and the status quo. My current project is investigating current trends in fashion and design, and trying to provoke dialogue with the viewer about how we as a culture perceive imagery. How we often times accept popular imagery without asking what the imagery actually means

About my work:
My work uses imagery specific to what I’m investigating and will change according to each project. I am concerned with apathy in my life and in our culture and how that affects us on a daily basis. I find it interesting to make work that is iconic and symbolic and at the same time can be perceived many ways. The end goal for me is to attempt to have a conversation about real issues that we all are experiencing personally and politically in order to engage thought and action.
