Adam Mitchell	May 6 2009 6:00 PM I am not a fake. I don't pretend I'm only love or good energy and I don't expect nor want people to try and force me to be so. I am the totality of the human experience and I don't live the delusion of just being love or thinking that is the goal of life. Why should I deny things that I am and try to only be a small part of what is me? I don't need to act like an idealism thinking others are going to think I'm enlightened. I am comfortable being a human and embracing all parts of my humanity because I'm not in denial of what I am. I proudly walk around feeling hate and love, sadness and happiness, because I accept myself. My art and myself are not purely love or good energy. Maybe a fraction of my art is love or good energy because that is only a fraction of who I am. I don't live in a dream land full of delusions but I live in reality and know I'm a human that is everything humans are, inside. My art is the totality of the human experience and when people approach me, I want them to feel everything, because that is what we are and can experience.
Adam Mitchell	May 2 2009 5:32 PM A new product line I'm working on. These are hand turned frames with watercolor paper adhered to them tucked in an inset grove. I can do portraits on them and do paintings as large as 20 inches. (from edge to edge of frame) A sample portrait on traditional square picture:

Adam Mitchell	Apr 18 2009 4:03 PM Why Mike Elsass paintings suck: Number one, they are painted on rust, the paint is not applied in accordance to fat on lean technique, and they are coated in often thick amounts of polyurethane. Polyurethane is not archival meaning it will fall apart in under fifty years unless the rust destroys them first. Why buy a rust bucket piece of crap? Buy an archival painting made by someone that knows what they are doing like me. Number two, Mike Elsass is just a retired insurance salesman and has never struggled for art in his life. He was handed an idea that Roger Sayer struggled to develop, stole the idea and makes money off of it while Roger perishes in a home. Mike Elsass doesn't deserve the reward for his techniques being that he stole it and capitalizes on it. Number three, Mike Elsass often doesn't paint his own paintings because he is either drunk, womanizing, or is lazy. Mike Elsass paintings are so easy anyone can do it. So why buy from him, buy from an artist that makes all his own work, has years of experience, skill, and quality. I can do Mike Elsass paintings while sleeping, but he can't do nothing I can do. So it seems one should support an up coming great artist, not an old retired insurance salesmen that gets drunk and pours blobs all around that will just rust while oil poly cracks and falls off.
