Some varied beats floating around the Cab9 chalet: laid back reggae, deep house, a bit of a chilled hip hop vibe going on... and Girls Aloud of course!

Based in Meribel, France Cab9 is one of the only British run dedicated snowboard schools operating in the Alps.
Here you can take lessons with highly qualified British instructors providing coaching for snowboarders of all abilities; from beginner lessons, to freestyle sessions in the park, or backcountry treks.
Cab9 also aims to create a community of snowboarder friends who can share their experiences and enthusiasm for the action sports lifestyle.

The story so far:
Winter 2007 and Cab9 Snowboarding is born. Run by Paul Coleman and Jono Stevens, both members of an elite group of the highest qualified British snowboard instructors recently granted the right to teach snowboarding in France. With a 2nd season in Meribel under their belts things have rapidly gone from strength to strength with Cab9 now a household name in resort.
Winter 2008 saw the Cab9 boys working hard and enjoying the great conditions on the slopes. The new Freestyle Sessions were a hit with Cab9 clients and Meribel seasonnaires alike, seen every Weds afternoon in the MoonPark busting tricks with a helping hand from their instructors. And of course, with this winter's epic snow conditions, plenty of off-piste trips were to be had; the 3 Valleys a huge snowboarding playground, for the most part of the winter knee deep in fresh snow!
Who I'd like to meet: Snowboarders, action sports enthusiasts, Meribel locals, and anyone who has a passion for seeking new experiences and living life to the full.
