Being as we made a "non-profit movie" we were inspired by other oxymorons such as: jumbo shrimp, plastic glasses, tight slacks, healthy tans, dry wine, rock opera's, and people who are generally considered pretty ugly./>

This little movie was created in its entirety by a team of 24 high school and 5 college students from the central california valley...manteca area to be exact. And it's not really a little movie; it's pretty much normal sized-- what Starbucks would call grande, even though grande really means large. WE DIGRESS.
In 2002 we combined our powers (fire, water, writing, camerawork, and heart) to try to make a meaningul, full-length movie that is a step above what has been stereotypically defined as "student cinema." Cactuses was something that ive known about and indirectly helped out with for a long time before it was premiered. Thats just because Rick Rapoza is my cousin, and I got to do the clappy thingy on the set sometimes. So i guess you could say i helped organize the scene in a way. Anyway its a fucking awesome movie and his older movie that was revised, Timepieces is awesome too.

Hey, i was wondering if you would know it was me I was told that rome put this up but im not sure who runs this page. So to whoever is running it I am glad to be a friend with cactuses. I was wondering when you guys would get one of these cause i knew it would make the movie more popular and you should post blogs telling people how to download the movie for free if you dont already. I havent really explored much on the site yet.
Cactuses! You went beyond grande...your little normal-sized movie is what Starbucks calls "verde".... Fire, water and heart are definitely expresso shots in that coffee you are brewing. :) Keep me posted.
