About me:
Born in the year after the famous Orwell book, which makes me feel like I've missed out on something important. Hideously optimistic, but not to the point of obvlivion (but weirdly has been called 'cynical' on more than one occasion, in fact! -- other adjectives include compassionate, thoughtful and discount-rate). Breathes music, (not oxygen) and started a band called Unrequited along with pockets of other projects here and there. Currently working on a solo album as well as another Unrequited album. Does web/graphic/interface design & motion art for a living, but cannot be bothered building a myspace page – hypocrisy? Or laziness? Who can tell. Currently freelancing and completing postgrad study at Monash.
Can play piano and bass and wants to pick up a little violin on the side. Collects weird musical instruments and cameras from all over the world (although my collection is small, currently). Will eventually develop video games or write music or make films or be a high flying creative designer etc etc. Illegal in seven countries. Escaped the cultural wasteland that is Brisbane for Melbourne at the end of last year. A lover of colour but does a lot of black and white photography. Is part robot.
