Cad to Chrome, LLC was formed April 2007 with a combined experiences that exceed 35yrs, our goal is to become your source for custom CNC machining for those that cannot find someone to machine their part/product or for those that find their regular machining source does not have open machine time to assist them. We provide 2-D and 3-D machined parts.
You may have seen one of our products, an Aircraft grade Billet Aluminum Swing-arm for the Honda CBR1000RR motorcycle, it was on a bike at the 2007 SEMA show, and a second build is due to be on the cover of an upcoming issue of a popular sport bike magazine. This arm is distributed through Custom Sportbike Concepts (cscbikes) in Florida.
The Cad capabilities we have allow us to import one of your cad export files, or we can take your hand written napkin drawing, model it, then machine it.
You can be assured, if there is ever a question regarding the machining of your part we always contact the customer to verify before we machine, we strive to make sure the part(s) you get is what you wanted.
We have machined everything from Flywheel keys for an old Farm tractor, engraved Belt buckles, Honda Trike and Harley Davidson parts to prototype parts for a noted fishing reel manufacturer.
Our Haas envelope size is 12" X 30" X 16" with 10 tools along with manual machines, turning and grinding.
We have machined materials ranging from Plastics and Aluminum to Stainless Steel and we have outside services available, everything from welding, certified CMM inspection to large jig boring machines should your needs require it.
