Caedes Cruenta means in latin 'the great slaught'.The band was created by Echetleos(vocals,guitar) and Wrykolas(guitar) in 2003.The bass was performed by Mortham.The first demo came up in December of 2004 with the name 'Resurrection of the dead'.Black metal inspired from all the phasm of the kind.The other year joined the band a drummer called Markiz.New songs were written and a rehearsal cassete was ready in November '05.Now the band is only Echetleos and Wrykolas.After a long time of darkness and mysterious seasons the band recorded the first debut full length which is called 'ΣΚΙΕΣ ΔΑΙΜΟΝΩΝ' in winter of '09.Expressing feelings like darkness,pain,death,hate,wisdom and old forgotten culture.We invoke the dark ancient spirit of War.'Two new members joined the band.Niord(Drums) and Asarkon(Bass).They walk with us the darkest path of no return.There where only eternal death dwells. ...... .. .. .. .. ...... Detrimentum sign to Deepsend Records and announce new album release
Extreme metallers Detrimentum and Massachusetts-based Deepsend Records are proud to announce the forthcoming album INHUMAN disgRACE. The recently inked deal means that the UK metallers have found a solid base at Deepsend, and are already making plans for their recently completed sophomore album.
Guitarist Paul Wilkinson explains how the deal came about “We sent a copy of the finished album to Deepsend and they seemed blown away by it, describing it as "the kind of quintessential death metal album that Deepsend love". We're ecstatic that Detrimentum has found a home with Deepsend Records and we're looking forward to the release of INHUMAN disgRACE.”
He continues: ”When the album is launched, we will be getting on the road with as many shows as we can humanly play.”
The album, which was recorded with legendary producer Russ Russell (Napalm Death, Dimmu Borgir) at Parlour Studio in Kettering, is a crushing blend of dark, technical and epic extreme metal with sweeping melodies and tortured doom passages.
The album will be available in the stores on the February 2012 but will be available from the label and band on October 31st 2011.
