About me: the contemporary arts exchange (aka the studio) is an inmate run asylum providing studio space to artists in all media for over 20 years. located in downtown macon, georgia at 590 mulberry street above michael's restaurant, the exchange is currently home to:
our studios are open to the public on the first friday of every month with members or outside shows in the main gallery. every spring and fall we have our own big shows, food and refreshments provided.
By the way, check out the book about the restoration of St. Joe's. You can purchase it at both the Golden Bough and Barnes & Noble. Bit costly, but bring your copy to first friday and have it autographed by the artists' featured within its pages.
Congratulations to all the winners of the MAGA Film Festival, including CAE's own Reggie Solomon, who won third place in the music video competition (2007) for his self-produced "Coyote Music" video!
