Influences
Sally Sears and Randy Wirth have been the owners of Caffe Ibis since the beginning when it was a natural foods market. At that time, they had only a small amount of hand roasted coffee for sale. Their efforts, hard work, and passion for what they do have made this earth friendly business grow to have a huge impact on our small community. Through Fair Trade, they have also greatly influenced villages and coffee farmers around the world. With many of our coffees being Smithsonian certified "Bird Friendly", we have saved many birds, and are helping to slow down the destruction of our valuable rain forests. Many of our coffees are organic, which is healthier for us and the coffee farmers. If you'd like all three of these wonderful qualities, ask for our "Triple Certified" coffee.
