"The 'Fat Controller' has been in my Set all Summer smashing floors everywhere i've been including Space Ibiza - Thomas Gandey " International DJ, Live Artist, Producer & acclaimed Remixer Thomas Gandey aka Cagedbaby has hit 2010 hard with a string of new releases for Southern Fried aimed squarely for the dancefloor. The first double AA side is released in April then monthly from then on. Tipped by Pete Tong as 'one to watch in 2010', the First EP has already recieved massive support as Essential New Tune and topping the Buzz Chart. .. .. Thomas continues his DJ'ing, writing and production, collaboration and masterful remixing for some of the worlds biggest artists. His latest collaborations with good friend Radio Slave received massive acclaim and with Analog People In A Digital World,"Circus" went straight in at No.2 in The Buzz chart. In 2009 Cagedbaby returned with arguably his best work yet. The Bordeaux based Brightonite delivered the "Medicine" and "Forced" EP's. on Southern Fried Records. Both with stunning remix packages from Radioslave, Dave Spoon, Don Diablo and Idiotproof to name but a few. .... Since his first 2 albums, the sublime “Will See You Now”, Gandey has been constantly travelling the world over as a DJ, and previously a live artist when he supported the Chemical Brothers and Fatboy Slim and Underworld on world tours gathering a cult following with his unique deep techno and disco playing at residencies for We Love Space Ibiza, Pacha, Eden to Tokyo Womb, Dubai Alpha, Snafu in Scotland and Audio in Brighton. Also as a firm festival favourite playing Fuji Rock in Japan, Australias Big Day Out, Rock Ness, Creamfields, Glastonbury, Bestival, IOW, Gatecrasher the list goes on....... In the studio Thomas has worked with diverse artists like Fatboyslim, Tracey Thorn, Radioslave, Kris Menace & David Byrne - and massively in demand as a remixer including latest remixes for The Temper Trap, Grace Jones, Hybrid, The Editors, Empire Of The Sun, Armand Van Helden, Sneaky Soundsystem, Don Diablo & The BPA to name but a few..... Medicine is the 2nd single to be taken from the 2nd Cagedbaby album and follows the first hit single "Forced"on Southern Fried Records ..
