Cairnsbands has three musical groups:
Cairns Concert Band to provide a wide range of musical entertainment for a wide range of instruments
Cairns Youth Stage Band, a stage band focused at students aged 11 to 19 to develop their skills in fields of jazz and show band musical performances.
Tropical Brass band, a brass band ensemble of ten to twelve brass musicians providing a diverse range of popular music.
These bands are dedicated to "taking music to the people". As such musicians of all musical ability are welcome to join our bands.
