About me: I'm a 23 year old freelance fantasy-inspired artist living in a state where supporting the arts is the last thing on anyone's minds, and the closest thing to art is large ceramic pigs promoting (in my opinion, horrible) barbeque.
I started drawing at the age of 2, and have been self-taught most of my life, except for art classes in high school and attending The Art Instruction Schools for 2 years. I prefer to do fantasy art, but I can create just about anything if I get inspired to. In the age of Photoshop I still use traditional media. I've tried my hand at coloring some of my linearts on the computer, but traditional media will always be my #1 choice. Inspiration for my art comes from so many places it's hard to keep track. Anime and Manga have inspired me since middle school, and I believe fantasy just grew off of that.
I'm self-taught in HTML as well, and have designed two websites that I run, Clear Willow, my online gallery and store; and Half Moon Sales, an online store that carries New Age products and Sterling Silver jewelry.
In the next few years I plan creating a childrens' book, a graphic novel, and ACEOs. You might think that sounds a bit of a rush, but I've been planning these for a few years as it is. It's been a dream of mine to see my artwork sell, and it's something I enjoy doing.
You're a fantastic artist. I really like your work. I especially like that you're a Zelda fan. I used to be an artist too, before I got into this music thing.
