It all started way back... Cake Boy, half turkish, half algerian born september 11th 1984 and raised in Sweden, Stockholm/ Sollentuna. He comes from a big family. With four brothers, the youngest of them all along with his twinbrother.
Still he remember the first time he fell in love with HipHop, used to sneak into his older brothers room and listen to his records, even though he knew his brother didnt like it. He wrote his first rhyme at the age of nine, but didnt take it so serious at that time. He grew up listening to B.I.G, 2Pac and Nas who played a big part of his life through ups and downs.
Things really changed when Nas released the second album (It Was Written), Cake got so inspired and felt that this is what he wants to be one day! A big man spreading love across the whole world. He started to write lyrics almost everyday, and actually learned good english by listening to his favorite artists lyrics carefully.
Years flew by, Cake got older and at the age of 17 his lyrical skills got better and better. He recorded songs on his computer on famous beats with very poor sound quality. He kept on like that for 2 years until a top-producer known as Tito gave him the chance to record in a real studio, from that point everything went fast and has already opened up for artists like Rick Ross, Million Stylez and Adam Tensta!
Cake Boy also shared the stage with Flo-Rida, Colby O Donis, Brick N Lace, Million Stylez & Adam tensta in front of nearly 60 000 people at Voice 08! Kungsträdgården, Sweden.
Look out for his mixtape droppin Jan/Feb called "Get That Cake" with featured artists like: Lazee(SWE), DanJah(SWE), Sheisty Boy(SWE), Adam tensta(SWE), Million Stylez(SWE), J-Son(SWE), Hunt(U.S) and Beldina(SWE).
