About me: I have been decorating cakes for 8 years. I have been making wedding cakes for 7 years. I started with local classes and then headed to Chicago, Illinois. In Chicago I attended the Wilton School of Cake Decorating for two years and learned from Collete Peters of Collete's Cakes in New York. My experience is in buttercream, rolled fondant, gumpaste, and chocolate.
I love making new and creative cakes. Cakes are my passion!
