About me: I recently graduated from the University of Southern Maine with a BA in psychology. After watching so much of the food network I decided to go to culinary school. I started taking classes at Southern Maine Community College in January 2007 and I am currently attending. I love the culinary classes especially baking, and look forward to learning more. I have done many cakes and desserts from wedding cakes to birthday cakes.
