Having released their debut EP "Make Your Mind Up", Calamity Jam have generated an incredible buzz! Recent months have seen them playing with Clap Clap Riot & the Sneaks among others.
2008 saw Calamity Jam playing at 95bFM's Fancy new bands Music month showcase, as well as a Red Bull Studios Live session, a North Island Tour, The Alex Manford Invitational, Several Live to Airs, heavy radio play on underground radio, and playing alongside the Likes of Clap Clap Riot, The Tweeks, Sherpa, The Earlybirds, Kittyhawk, The Randoms, and The Twitch.
After a 5 month break (2/3 of the band going on Overseas Adventures) Calamity Jam are coming back strong! 2009 looks to bring their first Official music video and heading into the studio at the end of the year to work on their next release.
