Since age 6 I've been singing and acting in shows and musicals, though nothing professional. My start as a musician wasn't really until I was 16, when I became obsessed with the arts, most importantly singing and dancing. When I reached 17 I took many ballet and jazz dancing lessons, in addition to voice lessons. In high school I participated in show choir, as well as every other choir I could participate in. I had dozens of solo and ensemble performances throughout high school, as well as a number roles in different plays and musicals. I began taking piano lessons shortly after my junior year of high school, before going to Northern Kentucky University for music education. While at NKU, I have previously been a part of the NKU Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and Opera Workshop, and, currently, the Northern Chorale and Chamber Choir, for the past three years. NKU Chamber Choir has recently returned from an international competition in Busan, South Korea, where they recieved the silver prize. The NKU Chamber Choir is the only choir from the United Stated to have ever been accepted into the competition.
I started composing seriously in 2006, when I co-composed a suite for orchestra with my friend and colleague Scott Patterson, and since then I have taken off on my own, composing many piano and small ensemble pieces, though I have yet to write anything else for symphonic orchestra, and I am still working on a few choral works. I have studied voice with Gordon Crawford, Richard Cowan, and Scott Wyatt. At present, I am taking piano lessons with Ya-Liang Chang.

It's the routine, you know? Like, get up, brush your teeth, have breakfast. At least, that's how I see it in the movies and that's how I was raised....it makes NO sense.
Awwww, I wish I would've been there!! That would've been a TOTAL blast. We could have gotten coffee. And like...gone...driving...somewhere!! ^.^;; Pfft. You're too sweet, you're giving me cavities, my dentist hates you. XD
