Caleb Skips Chemistry - Newcastles Next?
Recent years have seen the newcastle rock scene dwindle and hardcore music rise to fruition as the dominant sound - But what is next? "Caleb Skips Chemistry" is the answer to the question. Coming full circle, newcastle is preparing for the heaviest live rock performance since Sleight of Hand's split. On the back of their debut EP 'Battles Begun' the lads from [CsC] are touring NSW and interstate.
The past several years have seen the bands sound evolve and change into the solid, rockin' grooves of today. 'Overload' from the debut EP showcases their catchy pop sensibilty but also their political and heavy-hitting presence. Often compared to Mammal and RAtM these guys are time and again proving that rock'n'roll is where its at. With live performances that leave punters battered, hearts racing and ear-holes throbbing [Csc] are a must see.
the.CALEB's have won acclaim around state - blitzing TAFE, REGIONAL and LOCAL band comps with their uncompromising live show. These guys aren't afraid of spelling 'Brutal' the way it should be spelt, and are redefining the local scene as a place where bands are judged on their performance.. not just their image. So help them raise the bar in this scene, by coming to a show and raising the roof.

Battles Begun - On Screen
Battles's begun is the debut single for Caleb Skips Chemistry. It has been selected and put in the Australian movie "Bad Bush". Heres a link to the trailer, which our song is featured also. You can download it here for free by clicking "Download" . It has also been positioned in a television add for 'Fantastic Noodles Intense Wave Invitational 2009', have a loooky below.

yeah hahah me an the boyfriend were bored so thought we'd check it out, yeah i wanted to no were grace was but then hey bro jake said she was at the cambridge seeing use. i was like ahha i rember those guys. its good use are giving it a good hard go, i can imagine it tuff as to get into the industry.
hahah bulah disco gunna be so crap now that my years finsished haha. oh yeah that'd be cool! might get more people to go to discos to. cause i swear hardly any one goes these days. i rememeber in year 7 the discos where the best lol. i think use were there where playing there when it was a pirate costume. that was prob the funnest disco i went tocus my costume was the best haha ive got pics up of that night actually. alrightyyy hava good one guys :)
