We provide safe, secure, affordable, and convenient music
rehearsal studios for all levels of musicians.
Monthly Prices: Monthly rentals are based on a month to month lease. The price of the rooms vary according to size. They start as low as $285.00 for the smaller rooms and go up to $550.00 for the largest rooms, and there are numerous price levels in between. There is a $200.00 security deposit required on all monthly rentals.
Hourly Prices: Hourly prices start at $30.00 for four (4) hour blocks and go up to $40.00 for an entire day of rehearsal.
Business Hours: We are open and you can practice, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for your convenience.
