ONCE UPON A TIME...
...in a kingdom far, far away, Jan Terje and Vegar met playing acoustic guitars on the local jam sessions. They had allready know eachother for some months. Vegar had moved to kingdom far, far away from another kingdom, even further away. Well, anyway, the more beer they drank, the more fun it got.
So, ofter a few weeks of heavy beerdrinking, JT, aka Jan Terje suggested that they should visit his brother in law, who had quite recently started playing the drums. Okay, off they went and wow, it was fun. And a band was formed, an unamed band. They did their first little show with HUGE sucsess and shortly after, JT found the perfect name ... *drumroll*...CALIGVLA'S SISTERS (The story behind the funky "V" instead of "U" is because the Romans had no "U" in their alphabet)
So the lineup was JT og guitar and vocals, Vegar on the bass and Thomas as a slightly retarded animal..sorry, I mean the drums. They did another few show and then, while JT was again drinking beer on a party, he met Slve, who was looking for a band. And he was a bassplayer. WOW, it was heaven sent. Now Vegar could take his guitar again and they were a four peace band, playing regular four stroke music straight outta hell.
They did some shows, Thomas left the band to study in the land of Oz, while Vegar took over as the drummer while recording their debute Ep, Love It Tender EP. They borrowed Pincess Lea, aka Helen, to play those skinz at the releaseparty, and waited for the chosen one to fall from the skies.
