People to submit listings and send emails to tonnes of press/radio/TV places. People to do lots of Myspace marketing. People who are confident enough to hang around City Centres with the gruelling task of handing out flyers to lots of the general public, especially in the cold hard winter.
And obviously, you probably won't get paid :( but you certainly WILL get free b33r and other free crap - you will be rewarded most handsomely!
