    ALL UPDATED INFORMATION IS AT: www.calumgraham.com Guitar Virtuoso Calum Graham has been blasting his way through the Alberta music scene in the short 5 years he's been playing. From the small town of High River, Alberta he is truly a unique talent that is destined for the "World Stage". Known as "The Kid with the Golden Hands"; this 19 year–old fretwork phenom has a dynamic and upbeat style, and is at the forefront of a new generation in music. At this time, Calum is composing all of the material for his next studio album entitled "Indivisibility". This album will not only feature his unique style on the guitar, but also his engaging voice, and strong songwriting skills. What results, is a dynamic sound that is unmistakably Calum Graham. 'Indivisibility' is expected to be released in the summer of 2011. In February 2011, Calum will represent Alberta Music at the Canada WInter Games in Halifax N.S. The National Artist Program brings three selected artists from each province/territory to collaborate through a variety of artistic disciplines. 2010 has proven to be a successful year in showing Calum's ability and what he is truly capable of. His most recent highlight was a first place finish at the Prestigious Canadian Guitar Festival in Ontario, where Calum was judged by 3 of the world's best acoustic 'fingerstyle' guitarists (Don Ross, Antoine Dufour, Tony McManus), topping his second place finish from the previous year. Calum performed his original compositions, and was judged by audio-only reference to the judges backstage, which marked the competitors with Olympic-style score sheets. Calum was the only teenager to ever win this National Competition in its entire history and CBC radio and the "Sun" newspaper covered his follow-up story all over Canada. Earlier in 2010 has been nothing short of a ride either. Calum was invited to perform at the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, where he showcased with the top Artists of Alberta. Shortly after, he flew out to Burbank, California to showcase himself for some key industry professionals at Disney Music and Hollywood records. All of this and more, while maintaining a steady performing schedule at various world-renowned Folk Festivals and concert-venues. Graham continues to work full-time at his craft and steadily build a name for himself, across the nation. In 2009, Calum won first place at the Calgary Stampede Talent Search, which qualified him to compete in Nationals, at the Canadian Youth Talent Competition (Past winner - Michael Buble') where he also finished first place. This was the first year that a representative from Calgary, Alberta has ever won at the National Competition in its 30-year history. Barely off the plane from P.E.I, Calum was offered to record his first album entitled "Sunny Side Up" at a local studio in Calgary. This album showcased his ability to not only play the guitar well, but to write exceptionally for his age. Album reviews along with David Bowie and Whitney Houston showed promise for this young man. Once the album was released, Calum decided to compete in the Canadian Guitar Festival, with his original compositions. A second place finish and a smashed guitar on the return flight home gave this young troubadour a front-page article in the "Sun" Newspaper Canada-wide. This proved to be quite an extraordinary year for Graham. It's nothing short of the truth to say that Calum is destined for the "world stage" in his music career.

Calum isn't just an exceptional musician, but a very synergistic talent and is perhaps the first true, "fusion" artist of the 21st Century. His exceptional musical capability and direction provides for a prestigious, and long term artist life. Calum has garnered rave commentary for literally appealing to a very broad age demographic. He has an exciting and entertaining stage presence that belies his youth. Here is a guitarist who is well on his way to international acclaim. He was called a "Monster Guitarist" from executives at Disney Studios, and a "Virtuoso" from the many eyes that witness this young man. He was chosen among the top artists of Alberta, to perform at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics. In 2009, A First place win at the Calgary Stampede Talent Search entered him into the National Talent Competition in P.E.I, where he also took First place.
