OforcryingoutloudIhatethisstuff. Ok, I was born in NYC, grew up in the Jersey suburbs until 10th grade, moved to Manhattan and went to the High School for the Performing Arts & Music and Art. Went to college in P-burgh, loved it, moved back to NYC and totally fell apart. God found me (phew) and helped me to put the Humpty Dumpty pieces back together. But in a different order. Married the love of my life (Matt Hammon), made two records and a baby girl. Moved to Texas. Started a business. Closed the business. Went to Budapest. Wrote music. Was an excellent fan of music namely by folks like Over The Rhine, The Damnwells, A Fine Frenzy, Nina Simone, Derek Webb and others. Planned to spend 10 weeks in Budapest this summer. Hopes to make a new record in 2008 with some new songs. Promises to use live drums. Maybe.

Recent tragedy here in Omaha struck us hard as we have had enormous personal loss from the shooting&other recent events. We are deeply saddened by the loss of lives of good people and a sad young man who was unable to find his way. As a juvenile attorney and nurse,we have saved some and lost others.We do well as a community to pull together and I truly believe the future will be bright.. We wrote a song.
