Fundamentally speaking, if they wanted it to look like yuri they most likely would've put big boobs like most artists do.

There are no breasts on the character at all, the arms are also much bigger than the other girls, meaning they got muscle, most girls in anime don't exactly have hugely muscled arms that look like that of a mans. Another thing, the face of the character is also that of a mans, the jaw bone shows no signs that it a girl, I know that some girls have faces like that, but really, would a girl have no boobs, muscled arms, face of a guy, short hair, big legs like a mans, etc.
