About me:
I'm James Jordan, National Coordinator for CLR. CLR struggles for the rights of workers, their families, and communities around the world by mobilizing US support for international labor struggles. Because we are a US based organization, we strive to change US policies to support, rather than undermine the rights of workers. We believe the struggle for workers rights is an environmental struggle because working communities naturally care more sustainably for the places they live and labor than do transnational corporations having no organic connection to the ecosystems containing the resources they exploit. We're for "Power to the People!"--not unfettered access for the richest and greediest.
