I am beginning to learn how to sew. I love anything to do with the outdoors; camping, hiking, fishing, and of course horseback riding. My whole life has been revolving around animals, especially horses. That's what having a farm and vets as your aunt and uncle will do. I also love to play the piano and I sing. Music is my second love behind animals as far as hobbies go.
Music
I love country music but some of the new stuff sounds so pop I can't stand it. I listen to a lot of rock (classic, grunge, alternative) but not really into the kiddie rock that is coming out now. I have gotten into a lot of alternative country and have always been a big fan of bluegrass. Huge fan of southern rock and what they call "Red Dirt Country".
Movies
My favorite movie the The Quiet Man starring John Wayne and Maureen O'Hara. But I like stupid and romantic comedies, some action, and drama.
Television
GHOST HUNTERS!!!,All the Law and Order shows, South Park, Monk, Psych, The Dead Zone, House, Adult swim, X-Files, Desperate Housewives, Scrubs, My Name is Earl, Everybody Hates Chris, What Not to Wear, Family Guy, King of the Hill, Northren Exposure, Gilmore Girls, History channel, TLC, Discovery channel; especially Dirty Jobs and Mythbusters, The Daily Show, Colbert Report, but MASH is my all time favorite show.
Books
I don't have a lot of time to read. I read baby books to my son a lot though. I am trying to read a little of the Bible every day altough it is not going very well. Otherwise I like suspense.
Heroes
Everyone in my family. They have all had thier trials and tribulations and have pulled through. Everyone of them have given me a reason to look up to them.
I just started a job with the state. I am now a case manager for DDSD (Developmental Disabilities Services Division), a part of DHS. I do not have a part time job and I am not going to school. I started in April of 2009 and already believe that is was the best move I ever made. I know that it isn't going to be all roses, but I know that I will enjoy it and more importantly, I know I will be good at it. I get to spend the weekends with my family now and not spend it trying to sleep. The benefits are fantastic too. I maybe can start taking up some hobbies and figure out how I want my house to look. We bought a house in November and I haven't even gotten half of our stuff put away because I never had the time. My life is at a really good place now.

CONGRATS!!! *Does the happy congratulations dance for Emily!* SOOOOOOOO... I get my boy in the evenings once in a while now.. SWEET!! BTW April 10th we are gonna easter egg hunt in the back yard just to tick off the jehovahs witnesses next door at the church!! :) I think the kids will all have a blast with Preston getting to do it with them... It will be good practice for that following Sunday!! YAY!! Im sooo happy for you hun!! You have worked sooo hard and you deserved this!!
Sorry I didnt tell ya happy birthday earlier today... I was soo preoccupied with Kami being sick and all... :( Hows it feel to be OLDER??? lol... Sucks huh??? Anywho... HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! And Preston did AWESOME tonight for Momma's birthday... At least he didnt try unzipping or taking OFF his pants like some of the other kids!! MUWAHAHAHAHAHA :D
