Band Members	CAMP JAM Rock 'n' Roll Summer Camp is the alternative summer camp with the mantra "No Canoes, Lots of Rock." Camp Jam was created just for rock musicians, vocalists and bands, ages 11 to 17, who are eager to get out of their garages during the summer months and hone their rock ‘n’ roll chops with seasoned pros, form a band, and play a concert live on stage and under the lights, all while getting insiders’ access to the music business directly from the people who live it everyday: professional musicians, songwriters, A&R reps and industry veterans. Instruction is provided by professional musicians with access to top of the line gear from Peavey and Yamaha.

Attention Camp Jammers!!!

MTV recently sent word that they're producing a new series called Camp'd Out and they want Camp Jammers to audition for the new series.

That's right. MTV is looking for young musicians that are attending Camp Jam this summer in order to hone their rock 'n' roll chops.

And because we really want you guys to bring it, below is an inside look at the type of rockers MTV will be looking for. However, these are just guidelines so feel free to share your own unique reasons for attending Camp Jam this summer:

- Solo musicians who are attending Camp Jam in order to finally learn how to play with a band.

- Rockers who are attending Camp Jam in order to perfect their onstage Mick Jagger swagger.

-Talented musicians who are turning to Camp Jam to build self-esteem.

- Musicians attending Camp Jam so that they can perfect and hone their rock 'n' roll skills.

If MTV selects you to appear in Camp'd Out, we're going to make your summer even sweeter by giving you a free week to Camp Jam Overnight in Chicago, which is where the MTV filming will take place.

The Story of Camp Jam

Founded in 2004 by Jeff Carlisi, one of rock musics celebrated guitarists/songwriters and a founding member of platinum selling act 38 Special, and his business partner Dan Lipson, Camp Jam has provided its one-of-a-kind camp experience to more than 1200 kids from across the U.S. and overseas and has been featured on the NBC Nightly News, CNN and MSNBC and in Time Magazine, People and on the front page of The LA Times.
