| General | This group is interested in anything you are interested in as a teen. | | Music | We have a variety of CDs here at the library for you to check out, but we would love to hear about your favorite pics so we can add to our collection!!! Stop in and tell us what you like to listen to. Or, send us a message or email about the music we should have on hand for you! | | Movies | Stop in and see our selection of movies on DVD and VHS...we've got sooooo many! And, we add new releases on a regular basis. | | Television | Mhmm. We don't really have a television here at the library but we have lots of other resources for you to use! | | Books | OH YEEEAHHH!!!!! We have a lot of those. Our Young Adult and Teen section is on the second floor. If we don't have your fav authors or titles, let us know. We are currently in the process of ordering a few graphic titles. We get new books in often so stop in and check it out! | | Heroes | Andrew Carnegie, for building this great library in Canastota. We also love Don Quixote de La Mancha. |

About me:
This is the Official MySpace for the Canastota Public Library's Youth Group. We are the Librateens. Everyone should feel free to attend any of our scheduled events or meetings.
Our goal is to help the Canastota Public Library appeal more to teens. Everything we decide at our meetings makes a difference. The Canastota Library wants to make itself a better resourse for teens in the area.

Who I'd like to meet:
Anyone between the ages of 13 and 18 is welcome to attend any scheduled events or meetings.
As a member of this group, you will have many chances to meet all different types of people. For example, authors, community leaders, and other people who know about interesting things.
