| General | BEGINNERS' YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE:
Tuesdays 6:30 PM
Cost: $5 suggested donation per class.
Limit: 10 people per class.
Duration: 1 hour
Arrive 10 minutes early if first-time.
Mats provided, or bring your own.
MENU of MODALITIES:
swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, reflexology, acupressure, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, face/scalp massage, body wrap, salt glow, and ear candle treatments.
Above options are all:
$30 for 30 minutes
$50 for 60 minutes
$70 for 90 minutes.
Above options can be combined in 90 minute treatments.

About me:
 Candelabra is the culmination of three of my passions: yoga, bodywork, and art. I received my massage therapy certificate from the Swedish Institute for Massage in 1987. That same year, I began teaching yoga at Full Circle drug treatment center. I received my yoga teachers' training from Aadil Palkhivala in 1997. I continued to teach yoga for 12 years in Bisbee, AZ and 7 years at the YMCA in Tucson. My art background is performance art and mixed media with an M.A. in Humanities and Performance Art from Prescott College. Candelabra Gallery is a space for all those interests to coincide. Located on 412 E. 7th St. by 4th Ave. in Tucson. Open by appointment. Feel free to contact me anytime---Colleena Hake
