Candido Delgado is the leader and guitarist/vocalist for the Fatback Band - THE premier R&B band in Boston. Candy is a verteran of the R&B music scene, being a former member of The Drifters ("Under the Boardwalk" - "Save the Last Dance for Me" - "There Goes My Baby"), Freddy Cannon's Band ("Palisades Park") and Little Joe Cook and the Thrillers ("Peanut" - "Lady from the Beauty Shop"). The Isley Brothers and B.B. King are just a couple of the greats Candy has played guitar with. Candy has been the house guitarist at the Cantab Lounge for over 30 years!!!
